Ash co-founded GMS in 2011. As CEO, he is responsible for GMS’s overall growth, strategy and mission, driven by investment in exceptional talent, content, technology and industry leading events. His leadership has guided GMS’s rise from a start up to a global player within the B2B media sector.
Ash has more than 20 years’ experience in the publishing, events and business intelligence space. Prior to founding GMS, he was a member of the board at ATX Global, where he held responsibility for sales and commercial operations, which lead to the company being acquired. Prior to that Ash worked at Datamonitor which was acquired by Informa and World Markets Research Centre which was acquired by IHS. He currently lives in London with his wife and three children.
